Polish author of books on methodology for students and kindergarten and initial classes teachers. In 1979 she cooperated with the School and Pedagogical Publishing House, since 1997 she has been cooperating with the Prosveta Publishing House, and since 2008 with the Impuls Publishing House. She is a member of the board of the Polish Section of the ISME (International Society for Music Education).

Béatrix Podolska is the granddaughter of Ferdinand Hoesick - a humanist, writer, historian of literature, editor-in-chief and co-owner of «Warsaw Courier» (Kurier Warszawski), bookseller, publisher, musicograph and Fryderyk Chopin's biographer, and the daughter of Cracovian poetess and writer - Jadwiga Hoesick-Podolska. She took her degree in musicology at the Faculty of Philosophy and History at the Jagiellonian University (Uniwersytet Jagielloński), and a few years later obtained the third degree of occupational specialization in the domain of teaching music.
Since 1969 - this indefatigable musicologist-pedagogue - managed numerous pedagogical courses in Argentina, Uruguay La hora cultural» - august, 15th, 1985) and Poland, and workshops at the ISME congresses, among other things in Austria, Canada and Poland.

She dedicated herself to the musical education of children and instructing the educationists, teaching at the the ESM - Experimental Department of Music (Eksperymentalne Studium Muzyczne), PSM - Primary Music Department (Państwowa Szkoła Muzyczna), WSP - Higher School of Education (Wyższa Szkoła Pedagogiczna), SWP - Department of Pre-school Education (Studium Wychowania Przedszkolnego), SN - Teachers' Department (Studium Nauczycielskie) and the Institute of Musicology of Jagiellonian University (Uniwersytet Jagielloński). It has always been a special concern of hers to awaken interest in music in children and students, and to provide them with the joy from the creative artistic activities.

Béatrix Podolska compiles the works of Ferdinand Hoesick, Jadwiga Hoesick-Podolska and Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov, and also delivers numerous lectures and conferences related to them. She employs herself in translating and proof-reading of books, brochures and films related to the works of Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov. Her consultant is her son, Marek T. Kwak. With her lectures and conferences, she is refreshing memory of the readers and acquainting the younger with the publications of her ancestors.

Béatrix Podolska was awarded the Gold Cross of Merit (Złoty Krzyż Zasługi, 1979) by the Ministry of Education and Behaviour (Ministerstwo Oświaty i Wychowania) for outstanding achievements in didactic and educational work. She also received the Silver Award of City of Cracow (Srebrna Odznaka Miasta Krakowa, 1987), the Gold Award by International Society for Music Education (Złota Odznaka ISME, 1988), the Knight's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta (Krzyż Kawalerski Orderu Odrodzenia Polski - Polonia Restituta, 1989) and the Medal of the Commission of National Education (Medal Komisji Edukacji Narodowej, 1992).
